Stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always smiling. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping areas. the room was very comfortable, with cozy beds, and the shower had great water pressure, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
That the air conditioning unit did not work properly, which made the room a little stuffy. However, the temperature was not too hot, so it was still manageable.
